The red pole barn in downtown Grant, Michigan, held deep significance for the Ochoa brothers as the birthplace of Peak Heating and Cooling. Though their expansion eventually required a larger space, they carried the barn’s spirit of hard work and determination into the future of their thriving company.

Reaching the Peak

As Peak Heating and Cooling grew, the need for a larger space led them to relocate to a spacious warehouse in Grand Rapids, MI, marking a major turning point in their journey. This bold move set the stage for rapid expansion, but the real catalyst came when they connected with visionary business owners nationwide. Through networking, they gained valuable insights and support, accelerating their growth at an astonishing pace. With this momentum, Peak Heating and Cooling expanded its operations across Michigan, establishing a strong presence in Traverse City, Holland, and Baldwin.
