This consultation is about understanding your home environment and expectations, making sure you have the perfectly suited HVAC system for your home.

When you begin your journey with Peak Heating and Cooling, you’ll find that getting an HVAC estimate can be easy but just as exciting as setting up an appointment to buy a new home! Rest assured that our trained project managers and their top-notch customer service will make you feel right at ease. Here are three ways to schedule an appointment with us:
This step is where our project manager visits your home to conduct a Manual J load calculation and our Comfort Survey, which will ensure that the HVAC system we recommend is perfectly sized for your home and exactly what you need.
Manual j calculations takes account to your climate, square footage & layout, occupancy, lifestyle, home construction, window size, & etc. This is to ensure the perfect calculation for the right HVAC system for your home.
STEP 3
You pick and decide the PERFECT HVAC system.
Here, your project manager will explain the various HVAC system options available for you, and they’ll make sure to give you detailed differences and trade-offs between each of them. Here’s the fun part: you get to pick add-ons including RGF Air Purifiers, smart thermostats, and other HVAC accessories so that you get the most out of your new HVAC system!
After you’ve selected your HVAC system and approving the provided HVAC system estimate, your rates are locked for 30 days. This is to ensure that you have the time to think about the right HVAC system for you or if you decide to make any changes to your approved installations. Changes could include, hvac packages, thermostats, air purifiers, & more.

This is where you finalize and schedule your installation. Rest assured that we’ll help coordinate the most suitable and convenient time for your new HVAC installation.

The big day has arrived! We always strive to make sure this process is as streamlined as it can be. We’ll notify you through text when your HVAC installers are on their way and when they arrive to your doorstep to set up your brand new HVAC system. We’re proud to offer quick, same-day or next-day installations as part of our commitment to giving you exceptional customer service.
